The staff and Dr. Abreu were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Sharon ( I think that was her name) was wonderful. I had a great experience and felt comfortable the whole time.

Nicole and Emerald were extremely pleasent to work with. Very polite, warm and inviting, and easy to talk to. Did their jobs well even with the ongoing problems with the system.

Firstly, my eye exam went great! Dr. Abreu was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and very patient with me during the entire exam. Secondly, my experience with Karen was awesome. She helped me by explaining what the details were. I’m putting in my contact lens orders soon! Third, the front desk reception could use more training (not that they’re not great), but some improvement would be great in terms of explaining to the patients/ customers about the charges, etc.
