Very professional, friendly staff. The original tech was very good at her job. She was a little cold, but probably just her personality. We can’t all enjoy conversations with strangers. The Dr. (Blaylock I think) was great; explained everything he was doing, why he was doing it, and the ramifications to my vision health. Michelle, the lady who sold my wife and myself our glasses was amazing, and so patient with me. I haven’t bought new glasses since 2012, so I was like a kid in a candy store. With Michelle’s help, I was able to get exactly what I wanted for the right price, so I didn’t end up with buyer’s remorse b/c I felt like I spent too much. It was a wonderful experience, and my family and I have found our vision health provider! One less thing to worry about 😊
Follow up: I was not happy with one pair of glasses I bought. I brought them back and they were replaced at no additional cost in under a week. I am extremely pleased with their customer service!

This was hands down my best experience with eye care, Earlier in my day I went to EyeLab to get glasses and my eyes checked, the bill came up and over 550 dollars with my insurance discounts after attending pearl vision the lovely ladies got me hooked up with glasses for 35 dollars, they were the sweetest people and you could tell they genuinely cared. It has been years since I wore glasses and when i thought I was having issues with the glasses they walked me through the fishbowl feeling and everything.
When they heard about my experience at Eye-lab you could tell they were really upset that an eye place could treat a patient that bad so it was really nice to feel at home!
